Pancho's Cantina in Southend remains an independently owned restaurant and has earned a reputation for its authentic, high quality cuisine, warm and vibrant décor, lively atmosphere and friendly, well-trained staff.

Our Menu

As one of Southend's most popular Mexican restaurants, Pancho's Cantina boasts an extensive, varied menu that features the very best that Mexican and Texan cuisine has to offer.

Quality is our top priority and as such, all food available at the Mexican restaurant is homemade and freshly cooked to order. Our talented chefs use the very finest ingredients, which are GM free and locally sourced whenever possible.

Meticulously prepared, with an authentic yet mild flavour, dishes include:

· Pancho's Ultimate Nachos- Warm tortilla chips smothered in melted cheese, served with generous dollops of guacamole, sour cream, jalapenos and salsa

• Jambalaya - An authentic Louisiana dish of chicken, smoked ham & chorizo sausage cooked in a rich creole sauce on a bed of rice.

• Enchiladas - Mexician chicken, chilli beef or spiced mixed vegetables wrapped inside a flour tortilla covered in enchilada sauce and smothered in melted cheese.

• "HOUSE SPECIALITY" - Sizzling Fajitas- Vegetable, steak, chicken, surf & turf or seafood with peppers, onion and garlic. Served on a skillet with warm tortillas and salsa, soured cream, guacamole and grated cheese.
