The directors of Access Anyone Ltd are pleased to submit a testimonial in response to the excellent work carried out by CHC at our new day centre for young adults with disabilities at: 7 The Fairway, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. From start to finish, Trevor Williams, director of CHC managed the project in both a professional and friendly manner, taking the daily stress of such a big project in his stride. Deadlines were met and all the work was carried out to a high standard, this indeed testament to the very professional work force employed by CHC. It is important to point out that Trevor turned our vision into a reality. We have no hesitation in recommending CHC and their team to any individual or company that wish to have a seamless project carried out.
We engaged Trevor and his team over the summer of 2012 to convert a garage and workshop into a self contained annexe for my elderly grandparents. As a listed building, it was vital that we engaged professional builders who understood the particular requirements of the project and could meet the exacting requirements of the plans. The work was completed to a high quality and delivered on schedule, despite various "curve balls" thrown along the way from building and planning control. We would happily engage CHC for similar projects in the future.
The job: panel, board, insulate, plaster walls and ceilings. Add plumbing, lighting, electrical points and fit wall cupboards & floor units to a previously bare brick (gutted) utility room. Finished by painting and trimming as requested. The job: well planned, finished in good time with a minimal disturbance to the rest of the house. The workers: clean, polite, methodical & efficient. Overall result: Very pleased! Our job was completed several months ago, the intervening time has not shown any issues with the workmanship of our installation, my wife and I are very pleased to have a working, useable room. We have no hesitation in recommending CHC based upon the work we have had completed on our house. Cheers Trevor!

Trevor and his team were excellent. We needed an urgent job completed and they didn't hesitate to help and complete the work entirely as planned. Very reasonable rates too! We engaged CHC very soon after the first job for an 'emergency' whilst we were out of the UK. They did all they could to solve and complete the job. They completed on time and at cost. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them!
CHC were quick, clean and very professional during the renovation - a good rapport was developed with the builders which made communication easy and carried forward smoothly.
