With a bus stop next door and a train station opposite this centre is crying out for small retailers. With more businesses per area than any other trading estate in southampton itʼs a shame that no road signs direct more customers to the site. Passed by thousands of potential customers a day if your own advertising or speciality can let people find you then this is a great place to trade from. We even have an on site taxi firm making it easy for customers without their own transport to visit.
