Hong Kong style Pak Mei, is an original Shaolin Kung Fu Martial Art based on internal and external training with an emphasis on power development teaching self defence and helps build self confidence.
Training includes, amongst other things, Chi Kung, traditional resistance exercises and equipment and conditioning.
With two 'training' forms and six fighting forms plus weapons, it makes Hong Kong Pak Mei a well rounded combat style with a very real emphases on effective and powerful fighting techniques.
Our teacher Master K.K. Wan has a direct lineage to the last Grand Master of Pak Mei Grand Master Cheung Lai Chun. Having trained for thirty years plus, he is a very competent and effective teacher.
The Martial Art of Pak Mei, as well as a form of self defence, encourages and builds self confidence.
Our group meets on Sundays 14:00 - 16:00 at The Mandarin Chef, Winchester Road, Crampmoor, Nr Romsey, Southampton.
