Reiki Therapy

Reki is a Japanese form of relaxation therapy and comes from the work 'rei'  meaning 'universal, spiritual' and 'ki' energy or life force.

It relaxes you, reduces stress, reduces pain such as back pain, headaches, tummy aches, IBS etc

and can often make you drift off to sleep in a very relaxed state.

The aim is for you to regain your inner happiness and rebalance your energy.

Treatments take place with relaxing background music, flickering candles and pleasant aromas to create a lovely atmosphere.
