With no particular ailment I decided to give the biomechanical assessment and sports massage a try. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and it was money well spent. One session and I felt tons better. Had an imediate impact upon my performance in the gym and a general feeling of well being. If you want whale music and scented oils try another treatment. If you want to be severely examined and put yourself to the test to make changes give it a go. I will recommend this to anyone whether you think you have a need or not. Has opened my eyes to how I can change my physical performance and I am nearly 50.

We have recently supplied Westoe Practice which has meant me calling in a number of times on business. My impression is always how calm and relaxed everything (and everyone!) is. Maybe itʼs the scented oils as well as the friendly atmoshere that Dean and everyone create for their customers which makes the difference.
