The Mill Dam Guest House is a family run guest house owned by Michael and Victoria.  We provide visitors to South Shields with luxury, affordable, en suite bed and breakfast accommodation of the highest standard.

As the only Guest House accommodation in the riverside area of South Shields, we offer 5 modern, comfortable rooms each containing:

At Mill Dam Guest House we can accommodate families (children over 4 years), Business People, Individuals and Couples and can re-arrange any of our rooms to suit your requirements.

Unlike many other bed and breakfasts in the South Shields area, the Mill Dam Guest House welcomes disabled guests and offers a disabled room with fully equipped en suite wet room.

Please note: all rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and fresh towels allocated. 

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Breakfast
