Since our reformation in 2010 SSA Drama have performed a number of high quality productions, such as William Shakespeare's 'Hamlet' and the worldwide amateur premiere of Jez Butterworth's 'Jerusalem'. We also perform an annual traditional family pantomime, with 'Jack and the Beanstalk' and 'Cinderella' the latest tales to get the "SSA treatment".
Our next production is Emily Brontë's Wuthering Heights, adapted for the stage by Lucy Gough. The play will be performed on the 27th - 30th May! The show will be directed by Charlie Smith with rehearsals taking place on Monday and Thursday nights from 7:30pm.
Auditions will be held at The Edge Theatre, Alderbrook School on the 26th and 29th January. They will start promptly at 7:30pm.
