I recently stayed at the Monwood bed and breakfast and found my large room, with large bed and bathroom impeccably clean and well furnished with everything I could want for a good night's stay. I had a few requests and thought I would be bothering the owners but nothing was too much trouble. I was perfectly provided for and the value was oustanding. I would definitely use Monwood again and would heartily recommend it!

Very quiet location in a lovely area and also very easy to get into Solihull. Lovely room, spacious, en suite, spotless. Excellent breakfast and view over the garden / to trees is a great way to start the day. Very welcoming - Ros is absolutley charming. Can only echo what others have said. Have stayed there 3 times now. This is an absolute gem and in the sometimes hit-and-miss world of b&b's a standard-setter.

Stayed here last week had a lovely time, great value for money, would recommend to everyone. Lovely large room with a great en suite shower room, great breakfast overlooking Ros's beautifully kept garden. Very quite location but only a few minutes from the centre of Solihull.

If you need a B and B in Solihull I would be amazed if you found a better one than this. Run by Ros, I was greeted with a key to the house, a lovely double room, en suite bathroom, a big double bed, a large table to work at, TV and free wi-fi. Not only that, there were some chocolates on the bed, tea/coffee facilities, fresh fruit, nuts ... shortbread! The cul-de-sac is very quiet and I got a very good night's sleep. A sizeable continental breakfast was waiting for me in the morning and I got all of this amazing service for £30! If you know of better value than this, tell me! I can't recommend her highly enough.

Monwood B&B is one of the nicest B&B's I have stayed in.
Ros, who runs it is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast is lovely.
Solihull Town Centre is a short walk away as well as other amenities close by.
I would recommend anyone to stay there and I certainly will be going back.

I stay here regularly as I work in the area and travel some distance. The rooms are excellent with on-suite facilities and being situated in a cul-de-sac in a nice part of Solihull it is nice and quiet and there are no problems in parking. It is about a 10 minute walk into Solihull itself.

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. It really is an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended.
