Cain Leathem has worked with dozens of champions from the world of sport and fitness. He has worked as a personal trainer or coach to competitors from athletics, bodybuilding, boxing, swimming, cycling, golf and football. Among his well-known clients are Diane Youdale (Jet from Gladiators) and Stan Collymore.
As a highly qualified and experienced consultant, Cain has made numerous appearances on T.V. and radio and has featured in many specialist magazines and newspapers. Locally he is a regular contributor to features on health and fitness on radio BRMB, BBC WM and Heart FM, and has taught his own courses at Solihull College.
