I arrived at Balsall Common Dental Practice with a fracture to my mouth and my front teeth on the verge of falling out. Barely able to open my mouth Ashely gave me a skilfull x-ray and assessed the damage. At this stage only time would tell if I were to lose my teeth. Ashley laid out a plan of action to include specialised hygienist work, continial assessment and good advice on what other ways I could help myself heal. Without the expert treatment from him and the dedicated work from the hygienists I would have lost my front teeth. Ashley works with finesse and his light and quick work makes time in the chair go fast. He has continued to improve my teeth and each time we agree on the next phase of work that could be carried out. The efficient way Ashley works between his patient and the computer means that within seconds he has a price of any work that needs to be carried out and the best way forward. Ashley is flexible and honest with his opinion of what works need to be done. I would like to thank Ashley and all the staff at the practice for making a visit to the Dentist feel like a visit to the beauty parlour. Thank You!

I experienced a high standard of professionalism in the dental care I received. I am grateful for the explanations of dental practice before, during and after treatment as I like to know what procedures are happening at any given time. I was very impressed by the sensitivity and precision demonstrated during treatment. My only complaint is that of being waiting too long on all of the last six appointments (between 15 and 30 minutes). Given the reminders I receive and the effort I make to attend promptly I consider 10 minutes a maximum waiting time.
