LANGLEY LEISURE CENTRE - SYNERGY HEALTH & FITNESS
Langley is home to a Synergy health and fitness club which includes a large gym, 2 fitness class studios and a Spinning studio, all hosting classes throughout the day and evenings.
If you want to be a regular user then why not take a look at the Synergy membership packages that we have to offer. For one, affordable monthly fee you can use all the facilities at Langley as often as you like. A Synergy membership will also give you access to other leisure facilities across Slough.
We also offer a Leisure Discount Card called Options providing you with discounts each time you visit Langley Leisure Centre. It provides great value and doesn't just give you priority on booking courses but gives you discounts at other Slough Community Leisure centres.
THE GYM
We're really excited about the new Gym at Langley Leisure Centre. Packed with brand new state of the art, top of the range Star Trac equipment; we're sure this is going to be a fantastic venue for your workout.
Synergy at Langley offers a wide choice of fitness classes including a dedicated Spinning Studio. The swimming pool area includes a main pool, beach pool, steam room and Jacuzzi.

SWIMMING
Langley Leisure is a fantastic family venue for swimming and health and fitness.

Langley has two swimming pools. The beach pool is perfect for the little ones with its gradual decline into the pool, palm trees and water bubbles. The main pool is 25m and ideal for the more serious swimmer.
Kids can have great fun using the flume that winds around the outside of the pool.
Look out on the timetable for the inflatable fun sessions when the giant inflatable takes over the pool!
If you just want some time to relax then why not use the Jacuzzi, steam room or sunbeds?
Remember Wednesday night is ladies night! From 7pm to 10pm the whole of Langley Leisure Centre is a male free zone.
SWIMSKOOL
Learn to swim at Montem and Langley Leisure Centre
Supported by the Amateur Swimming Association, Swimskool offers a comprehensive swimming development programme that will help you and/or your child become confident in the water and learn to swim.
Many of our swimmers eventually go on to join the local swimming club Slough and Eton Dolphins.
All of our teachers are fully qualified and they help the children to gain confidence and enjoy the water.
There are a selection of courses for adults too. It's never too late to learn.
Course Information
Enrolments for swimming courses take place throughout the year.
Our next payment period begins Saturday 28th August and will run until Friday 17th December
Prices and payment options
There are two payment options available: TheconvenientPay monthly by direct debit* option, or pay upfront each payment period (16 weeks). Our pay monthly option includes FREE SWIMMING for the pupil!!!
