Situated in Salthill Park the infamous Kashmiri Karahi offers customers a truly unique taste of authentic Indian cuisine. The head chef is Naz Khan who has worked in some of the UK's finest restaurants. His signature dishes are created using only the finest, freshest ingredients and preparing all the food daily. As its name suggests the restaurant specialises in Kashmiri cuisine and Chef Naz delivers these authentic Pakistani dishes which although remain true to their origins are taken to another level with a modern twist.

The restaurant can seat up to 120 people and boasts a lively atmosphere with friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff who ensure all your needs are taken care of you. The restaurant can be booked for private functions such as weddings, conferences, corporate entertaining and parties; the private function room can cater for 40 diners and the main restaurant can cater for 70. Kashmiri Karahi also has marquee facilities available on the site.
