Salon owner Christina Pegg (ITEC CIMI) has a passion for the beauty business that began when she lived in her native Malaysia. She has lived in Bucks for many years and has been a practicing beautician since the 1990s, specialising in semi-permanent make-up. Christina is joined by a team of fully qualified, experienced staff including senior therapist Emma, therapists Nida and Rachael and senior hair stylist Carole.
A visit to Hibiscus transports you to a world where femininity, looking good and feeling great are the order of the day. However, beauty is a serious business and Christina makes sure her customers only get the best, which was recognised when Hibiscus scooped thebestof Slough's Exceptional Customer Service Award in 2009, The Most Loved Business Award in 2010 & 2011 and Excellence in Customer Service Award 2012.
Laser Hair Removal and Derma Roller Treatment
Hibiscus offers an exclusive Harley Street laser hair removal service which permanently removes hair, whilst minimising discomfort.
Christina researched the laser market at great length before finally opting for the Apogee Elite Alexandrite and Nd: Yag laser system. This laser system was the winner of the Aesthetic Trends & Technologies' Laser & Light Choice Awards for Most Diverse Hair Removal Laser for All Skin Types.
The procedure is extremely effective and starts with a detailed consultation between Christina and the client, during which all aspects of the procedure are fully explained before treatment starts. Hair removal will usually require up to six treatments, done at monthly intervals.
Hibiscus Beauty Clinic also offer derma roller therapy, which is extremely effective for pigmentation problems, skin rejuvenation, stretch marks and acne scarring. The treatment is taking Hollywood by storm and celebrities Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are amongst its most famous fans.

She has a great imagination and has kept her training current to offer the latest styles that create the WOW factor! Holistic and Health
Hibiscus also offer a wide range of holistic therapies, which are perfect for relaxation of both body and mind. These treatments are carried out by experienced therapists and include Swedish massage, aromatherapy massage, hot stone therapy, indian head massage and reflexology.
Semi-Permanent Make-up
Salon owner Christina is fully qualified and highly experienced in the art of semi-permanent make-up. By applying micro-insertions of hypo-allergenic colour pigments into the dermal level of the skin, eyes and lips can be more clearly defined, giving 24/7 colour definition. Fading or ill-defined eyebrows due to general aging or over-enthusiastic plucking can also be re-defined.
Having semi-permanent make-up means that your make-up always looks professionally applied, from the moment you wake up to getting into bed at night. You can also have the confidence to swim, shower, get caught in the rain or cry at a wedding without getting panda eyes.

I so look forward to going to Hibiscus for my treatments. It is always immaculately clean and all the girls are welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I usually see Emma and she is very good at finding out what you want and suggesting options and then tailoring a treatment to suit. The atmosphere is relaxing but friendly, and you are always at ease instantly. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
Carole the hairdresser is fantastic! Really love her cuts, colours and blow drys. Such a lovely salon in general, I always feel pampered and relaxed, definitely recommend!

This is such a lovely salon to walk into. Calm and welcoming. All treatments are second to none and carried out efficiently and with utmost respect. I love going there.
All of the people are so friendly, extremely professional and certainly look out for you as a client. I've never been the kind of person who had beauty treatments done as I never felt very comfortable with the situation and needed to be in control. However, at Hibiscus I don't seem to feel anxious; the staff treat you like they've known you for years and they are very accommodating to ensure they do what I want/need.
My mum absolutely loves it there and i thought i'd pop in for a few treatments. The staff are SO friendly and always making sure i'm happy and well looked after. I love the atmosphere and the treatments are absolutely fantastic. I never get my eyebrows threaded anywhere else! Recommend this place to anyone that really wants good customer service and to come out feeling seriously relaxed. 10/10

"The first thing you notice is how spotlessly clean everything is. The beautiful reception, the treatment rooms and other areas are pristine. I'm very particular! There is easy free parking outside and a warm welcome when you arrive. There is a lovely, relaxing aroma to greet you. A giggle with Christina before your treatments always relaxes you! I've used the salon several times since Emma joined and she is a very talented therapist and is so friendly that she instantly puts you at ease. Her knowledge of the treatments and the products available is excellent and so you feel confident that she will always give you the best advice and relevant treatment - and no pressure to buy the products, which I have felt at other salons. Finally, I think their treatments are priced very competitively considering the area and range they offer. I've been to several beauty salons in the Slough area and Hibiscus is by far my favourite!

She makes you feel so special when you visit and it is so clear how much she cares about what she does and about you as a person.
