Charlotte undertook the programme at a key turning point in her career to date. The programme consolidated Charlotte's learnings in her previous role whilst preparing her to move on to the next.
The programme was flexible enough to be incorporated into the induction programme of her new role and the modules tailored to meet the requirements of key tasks.

Since undertaking the programme, Charlotte has been able to identify which skills are required and being used in performing tasks within her role. This has led to identification of further development requirements and Charlotte taking real ownership for her own future development.

From a Line Manager's point of view, it was reassuring to know that a member of my team was working towards an external qualification and receiving training and development from an experienced, obviously competent and no-nonsense facilitator. The appointment times fitted in well with our working patterns and the paperwork we had to complete was not arduous.

After leaving school 37 years ago, I decided to lead by example and promote NVQ's with Skillslinc within our team. I have enjoyed it so much and I feel that I am able to relate with team members undergoing an NVQ.

I'm currently undertaking the NVQ in Customer care with Sue Smith and would just like to say Sue makes things so much easier than i thought it would be.
Sue has made no secret of the fact I could contact her if I have any problems which helps put my mind at rest. She has been able to assist me with ideas when I've been too thick to think of things myself too!
I've thoroughly enjoyed doing the NVQ but it does come down to the help and assistance Sue has given me that has made it a joy to do."
