Gary came out within hours of calling him. He did not stop trying to find the fault and when he did locate it, took several minutes to rectify it and the cost ws very reasonable. Would recommend and his tel No is now by the boiler.

After a burst heating pipe, I contacted trueflame, Gary came round, assessed the damage, replaced the pipe and showed me the damaged pipe, Gary did not leave until he was satisfied that everything was fine. He left everything clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble, I will definately recommend his services. Thanks Gary

As we are a business, and the comfort of our Customers is paramount, for the heating to fail on a cold January morning, was a disaster. A friend recommended True Flame to me some time before and I fortunately kept a note of Garyʼs number, . Gary was here in an instant, boiler fixed, no fuss, no drama. When the bill dropped on the mat I couldnʼt believe how reasonable he was for an emergency call out and repair.

Gary was recommended to us a good few years ago now. On his first visit he saved us a lot of money by repairing our old boiler when we had just been told by someone that it could not be repaired. Itʼs still working today!

Heʼs done several jobs for us and other family members, and, has never let us down. Heʼs a really likeable guy, and works like a trojan until the jobʼs done.
