This is a local family run business and our family just love it! The choice of cards, special gifts and above all, chocolate is just fantastic. The best thing for us is the great service. Who ever is working on that given day we go to to buy, we are always given the most friendly service which most businesses fail to give nowadays. We don't know anybody who works in this shop, yet they always have time to chat and are all so down to earth but very professional and just great at their jobs.

After a leak from my heating pipe, I called trueflame, Gary came round assesssed the damage, replaced the pipe, he showed me the damage to the old pipe, and he didnʼt leave until he was satisfied that everything was ok. Nothing was too much trouble and Gary left everything clean and tidy, smashing bloke, thanks Gary
