I would like to say how wonderful and professional Jarmans solictors were when I sold my flat (heavley pregnant) with a defective lease, and of purchasing a house. They were very helpful and understanding, and yes I could get hold of them on a friday afternoon. I was so impressed with their welcoming conversations I am now using them again with my next sale/Purchase of a property. They explanied everything in detail (in Plain english) and their rates are very cheap to the rest!

Following on from my comment in August 2007 I recommended to my husbandʼs family that we use your firm to deal with the probate and sale of my mother-in-lawʼs house in January 2008. The solicitor dealing with the probate was friendly and highly professional throughout. There were some fraught moments between family members that she dealt with in a calm yet gently firm hand - which proved more effective than a punch on the nose!! The sale was also dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We will return for 3 Wills and a purchase.

I wanted to use a particular solicitor dealing with probate in this firm and I wanted a quote for the sale of a property. When I telephoned, the receptionist was both friendly and helpful, and put me through to a secretary who was able to give me a quote. Explained who would be dealing with my conveyancing in a clear concise yet friendly manner and I also received a call from the solicitor concerned. I have every confidence now that this firm are the best firm to act for me in my circumstances and I have recommended that we use them to my family when we are able to proceed.
