I'm the Founder of Shrewsbury-based strategic PR and copywriting consultancy Zen Communications. A self-confessed geek and Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), my degree majored on grammar and psycholinguistics yet I'm allegedly still surprisingly good fun at parties. Obsessed with the written word, by night I become a ninja grammar graffiti artist, adding and removing apostrophes to make the world a more grammatically-correct place. With lots of expertise and experience across the world of public relations, corporate communications, and issues and crisis management, I love nothing more than promoting, protecting and defending my clients' reputations. After leading a national PR agency, running external communications for a FTSE 100 and representing some of our best known – and loved – high street stores, brands, and celebrities I've earned my stripes. Outside of work I share my life with a lovely – and very patient – boyfriend and dozens of pairs of fabulous shoes, plus I’m a proud adrenaline junkie and my next life goal is swimming with sharks.
