Yamuji Hair and Beauty is a hairdressers and beauty salon in Frankwell, Shrewsbury that prides itself on bespoke treatments at prices that won't break the bank.
Sally Pryce, owner of Yamuji Hair & Beauty, has worked hard to find the best hairdressing team in Shrewsbury. They have collectively created a truly personal, relaxing atmosphere in which all their customers can sit back and enjoy.
Sally and co-stylist Debbie Burrows are fully trained and have been working in the hair industry for years. They can provide the full range of hairstyling treatments, from a regular cut and blow dry or re-style and colour to speciality wedding hair.
In fact, the team specialises in hair and beauty for special occasions. Their luxury hair products of choice include L'Oreal and Joico.
New to the team is Shrewsbury beauty therapist Nikki Cooke, who has years of experience in her field. She offers a full range of beauty treatments including luxury manicures and pedicures, gel nail polish, spray tanning, facials and she specialises in reduced pain hot wax for delicate skins.

I visited at Sparkle Beauty at Yamuji for a bikini wax. Nikki specialises in reduced pain hot waxing and I had never tried it before so I gave it a whirl. I would say it was 50% less painful at least than regular strip waxing and Nikki was lovely and really took her time over the treatment helping me to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend the treatment and Nikki as a therapist.
I have been coming here for many years and have never had a bad experience. They are very helpful and polite and do a great haircut. I would most definitely recommend.

The service at Yamuji is always first class. They are always very friendly and efficient.
Every time I have my hair cut and blow dried/straightened with Sally I always have compliments from friends and family members about how good it looks. Friendly atmosphere, very accommodating and good value for money.
I usually avoid spray tans as I worry about them turning out orange..and I cannot justify spending what is usually £20+ in most salons. However I thought I'd take the plunge and take advantage of this very cheap spray tan at only £10. Even though I was worried that it may be so cheap because it may be a bad quality tan! I couldnt have been more wrong, it's the best tan Ive ever had. I dont have one bad patch or streak, I feel like Ive had the same results as a sun bed, without the baking!! I will certainly be making this a regular visit!

I recently took advantage of a bestof offer for beauty treatments at Yamuji for my birthday. There wasn't much room in the diary, but the staff made sure I was given an appointment. Further more, they alteed the offer to suit me and my needs, and I spent an hour an a half having my nails done and enjoying a luxury facial. Aimee was really friendly and professional and I felt great afterwards. I would encourage anyone to visit Yamuji as they will bend over backwards to help you and are all so friendly and lovely.
What a great place to go and be pampered, spray tans are amazing and nothing is ever too much trouble. Great atmosphere and great prices too.
Haircuts used to be a 'hit or miss' ordeal for me until a friend recommended Yamuji to me four years ago. It's fantastic to find somewhere that can do a gents haircut consisting of more than just a short back and sides without charging the earth. The service is warm and friendly whilst also being extremely professional. I always feel I'm being looked after by experts who genuinely listen and respond to me as a valued customer. Thanks Yamuji.
Yamuji provides excellent service at reasonable price. Sally and her staff are warm and welcoming. Above all, Sally's cutting skill (the basis of any worthwhile styling) is absolutely brilliant and I would n't swap her for the world.

Yamuji is a beautiful salon. Sally and Deb are highly skilled giving their clients a very personal touch with a professional feel. They take the time to make sure they give you exactly what you want, without ever feeling rushed. I walk out of the salon feeling totally gorgeous and confident. Aimee the beautician is also fabulous all treatments done in a very relaxing environmen, leaving you feeling very pampered. I would strongly recommend a trip to Yamuji if you want to be totally spoilt at a very reasonable price .
I am a regular customer of Aimee the beautician at the salon and I can not speak more highly of her. Aimee is excellent at her job extremely friendly. I have regular treatments such as spray tans, pedicures and eye treatments which I am always happy with. the spray tan I always get commented on how great it looks and it lasts well also a natural colour not orange at all. when ever I arrive for my treatments I am always welcomed by all the staff there and when I had everything done for my wedding they all said good luck and took a interest. all my bridesmaids had a tan there also and they have all been back for treatments as they were so impressed with the value for money and the great service. I've been going to see sally since I moved to Shrewsbury after trying quite a few other hairdressers in the area. I found that sally always has new and creative ideas which suit me and my two little girls. I would never ever change my salon as they'd never let me leave unless I was 100% happy!
Sally is a hair dressing genius! she is the only person that can control my wayward hair! Everyone that I meet asks me where I get my hair done, and I proudly tell them YAMUJI!!!!!
The staff at Yamuji are Sally the owner, Deb hair stylist and Aimee the beautician. All are very friendly and put you at ease as soon as you enter the salon. Sally has been cutting and styling my hair for 12 years, ever since she did my hair for my wedding. Yamuji is the only place my stepdaughters and my son will go to have their hair done, as they know they will get exactly what they want.
