They are always so welcoming and friendly, a really wonderful family team. Bella, our boxer, looks so well and happy when we arrive to collect her. We are content to leave her knowing she is so well looked after.

I have used Whitley Crest for several years and wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. They care for my 2 beloved Boxers as if they were their own. My boys always return looking fit, well and happy. Nothing is too much trouble and I know that if I leave specific instructions they will be followed.

They've looked after our dogs for a number of years now - we know that when we leave them there they are in safe and caring hands.

My dog has been going to Whitley Crest since he was a puppy - now he's a very big boy (and his friend goes with him!) The girls at Whitley Crest take such good care of them both and I can rest assured that they are in good hands.The kennels are clean, the dogs well cared for and the staff are always welcoming and friendly.

I have taken Alfie to these kennels on numerous occasions and never have I had cause to complain. They get exercised regularly and the kennels are kept clean and hygenic. The family run business is professional and of the highest standard,the staff have always been courteous and understanding to the needs of myself and of Alfie. The dedication that the Whitley Crest team have with their business shows in all that they do - you can even check on your dog (whilst you are away) from them through facebook; it's great to see how your dog is doing, it's such a relief to know your dog is happy. I have recently come back from a 3-week holiday and Missy looked in great shape. I wouldn't take her anywhere else - she loves it. Thanks to all the staff.

We have been using Whitley Crest now for 4 years to look after our dogs when we are away from home. My wife and I travel alot (mostly weekends), so we often have occasion to board our two dogs (Brook and Jimmy). Our dogs are part of our family and their care while we are away is extremely important to us! In Whitley Crest we have found a Kennels that we can trust. The dogs are walked as soon as they arrive, and the staff are obviously animal lovers. We see, first hand, how well our beloved pets are treated.

The ladies at Whitley Crest are always very friendly and their standards of customer care are second to none. The kennels and cattery are both clean and modern and the pets are extremely well cared for. Their dietery requirements are adhered to as if they were at home.

Whitley Crest - what a godsend this business is! My two dogs Diesel n Mocha have been going to the kennels for a few years now. The staff are fantastic, always happy to help, happy to oblige with any special requests. The family are really friendly and very professional in all they do. My two dogs are quite a handful; they are large dogs and need lots of love. As we pull into the drive they know exactly where they are and get very excited! They are very well looked after, the dogs really enjoy their time at Whitley Crest. I live in Newtown so although it's a few miles away it is worth it. The dogs are part of our family but Whitley Crest make them part of their family on every visit. The things I like most about Whitley Crest kennels is the professional warm service they provide to the customer on two and four legs!! Very accommodating, easily accessible, fun loving staff, always happy to help. Very reasonable costs, incredibly clean kennels. Thanks, guys - keep up the good work!

I've boarded my dogs with the kennels for years now and love it loads. The staff are so friendly and are very good with dogs (also cats). They show so much love to all the animals. When I first took my dogs to the kennels I was so scared of leaving them as they are my little babies but I knew they would be fine as I had already been to look where they would be staying. When I picked the dogs up they were so excited to see us, which made me feel so happy, but they also didn't want to leave the staff :)

I use Whitley Crest two or three times a year for my two dogs and they love it there! The staff are very friendly and always happy to chat when we call to check on the dogs. The kennles are spotlessly clean and extremely well run. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a kennel or cattery in the area.

Whitley Crest is the Best Kennels in Shrewsbury! The girls do such an amazing job running the kennels and all cats and dogs that visit there have such a happy time. Whitley Crest is a lovely place to be. The kennels and cattery are well kept and very clean and tidy, with around the clock cleaning and maintaining.

Louise and Kathryn really know their stuff when it comes to looking after dogs and cats. Your animals are in very good hands here.

Very friendly family-run business, which I have been using for several years. Staff are very helpful and the kennels themselves are spotless.
