Rising oil prices, inflation, and a hike in V.A.T. It's enough to make one pick up stumps and take one's ball home. Luckily, there is a glimpse of light at the end of the macabre tunnel that is life. It was a dour evening of chill wind and sparodic rain that saw Alan traverse my garden path to my front door. Call it fate, or just blind luck that I was in residence that night, for what Alan brought in his brief case (genuine leather) was to transform not only my financial health but my whole perception of reality.

Alan conducted himself in a truly professional manner. It was obvious to me that here was a man right on top of his game and any questions I had were answered directly and with great aplomb. Alan is a true inspiration to all of us who demand a hot bath, light with which to see it whilst at the same time charging one's phone....

The Utility Warehouse prices are not always the cheapest, but very competitive. Their tariffs are very simple and straightforward to understand - not like some of the other utility companies. The best feature is the cash back card - we save about £30 - £50 a month off our utility bill. The few problems we have had have been dealth with quickly and efficiently by customer services.

I get all my utilities (bar mobile) through utility warehouse. A couple of pounds a month to join their Discount Club and then I just sit back and enjoy the savings. Whether that's through cheaper electricity, free calls to my relatives in France.... Throw in the convenience of having everything on one bill and it's definitely a service I'd recommend.

I have been with the Utility Warehouse Discount Club for about 3 years now. It really was a no-brainer - genuine savings, a brilliant cashback card, free phonecalls. They're supposed to have a really good customer call centre too but I wouldn't know - I've never had to call them! Not once in 3 years.
