The Ring Lab offers a superb range of products, which can be altered to your own creation at a reasonable price :) And super fast turnaround time too. I had a ring made for my husband, which I wanted personalised with a University logo (after getting approval from the University). They went above and beyond with their service. Giving advice and offering solutions. I found them to be amazingly helpful (contacting the Marketing people on my behalf, and getting in touch with me via email so my husband wouldn't find out about his surprise) and personally I've not experienced such outstanding customer service before. I can't wait to be needing to buy something from them again soon. Only wished I'd looked around for them when getting my wedding rings. Last year I was lucky enough to get engaged to my wonderful partner and I was presented with the most beautiful engagement ring I have ever seen. It was designed by Simon (the owner) and nothing was too much trouble. I have lost count the number of times people have commented on my diamond ring. I have now just had my diamond wedding band made, which is out of this world. The Ring Lab provides the best customer service and you get exactly what you ask for and more for a fraction of the price you would pay in a shop. I recommend The Ring Lab to everybody... they are amazing.

I highly recommend this company, led by Simon, whose ability to create unique jewellery from my really not very helpful descriptions has been outstanding! I have the most wonderful engagement ring, wedding band and most recently eternity ring. The whole process from my vision (which is poor!) to the finished product was fabulous. After sales care is faultless too, restoring my prize possessions to their former glory after the rigours of daily life dulled their sparkle and over zealous clapping at a Take That concert left the delicate metal a little dented. The best business for all your jewellery needs and it's local!
