My touchscreen recently stopped working on my phone and the phone box were able to repair my phone quickly and they were also very reasonable. My phone didn't need to be sent away as they were able to repair it themselves. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to sort my phone out and the fact that they were able to lend me a replacement phone was also very useful. I have been using the phone box for a few years now and they have always been very helpful. They have been able to sort out my problems quickly and their prices are very reasonable. I recommend them to my friends and will continue to use them in the future!

I needed a phone unlocking and first of all tried a well-known high street shop. No answer when I rang. Tried again... and again... no answer. I even spoke with their Head Office, who werenʼt much help either. Then my son-in-law told me about The Phone Box. I popped round one day and they were able to sort my mobile out straightaway, just for £10 too. An excellent, friendly service and itʼs nice to know that Shrewsburyʼs still got some great little independent shops tucked away!
