We were invited to a wedding at The Inn at Grinshill. Even though we live in Oswestry, we had never heard of Grinshill, however... what a delight when we discovered it down a little lane off the main road! Lovely atmosphere, room to relax in and enjoy the company we were with, without having to shout to be heard over the music, which happens so often at weddings. As for the evening buffet... well, "out of this world" comes to mind, followed by "perfect", followed by "heaven"!!! A glorious choice of pates, various baps, a gorgeous olive combination, salads, cheeses, bread, chutneys... Need I go on? Actually 4 returns to the buffet table says it all, I believe? 5 stars is not enough for the very wonderfully talented, extremely modest Head Chef, Chris.
