Having never heard of or visited this restaurant before it has been a fantastic evening. Lovely small touches that add to the overall experience and make for a lovely evening. Everyone really enjoyed all of the food, the specticle of the presentation and looking at each others choices with enjoyment and surprise.Overall it's been brilliant, i'd definitely recommend to others and the pictures of the evening will be shared with other friends, who i'm sure will also want to visit. The choice of both a bar and a la carte menu offers great variety and something for all tastes. This restaurant is well worth the journey and holds its own against the best in London.

Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Shropshire outside Ludlow. Fabulous food, well chosen wine and lovely ambience. if you can fit in a walk through Corbet Wood to the top of Grinshill you have the perfect day.
The Sunday lunch is rather special. Superb vegetables accompanying a succulent piece of beef. The food is hot and prepared to perfection - it is simply to die for. The bread and butter pudding is one not to be missed as is the fig tart. The staff are also superb, both knowledgeable and friendly. The Inn at Grinshill is a rare treat.

We had an absolutely perfect evening at The Inn at Grinshill on Friday. Drinks in the bar by the log fire, an unhurried read through the menu and then the meal itself.... It was great to be sat at the chef's table watching Chris Conde and his team at work; fascinating to see the plates being created and appreciate how much work and attention to detail goes into their art. Highly recommend the scallops, golden raisins and curry oil to start with and then the monkish for main. The Australian merlot was delicious too. And then cheese & port...! Again, a superb evening. We will be back for sure.
