From the minute I entered the showroom the female assistant was most helpful in showing me both tiles and slate to make a plinth for my woood burning stove. I chose a made to measure piece of furnished slate. This was then delivered quickly and fitted. I am very pleased with the choice and result.

We have been renovating our home for the past 5 years and on reaching the final room (the kitchen) we wanted to achieve "the wow factor". We did a search on the internet and came across The Heritage Stone Company; so we visited their showroom - and are we glad we did!!

The design of the showroom presents an excellent range of quality products in situ which enables prospective customers to accurately gauge the end result.

Customer assistance is unobtrustive but when required is provided pleasurably and expertly - demonstrating in-depth knowledge of natural stone and the optimum way of laying it.

Dear Angus - The limestone in our hall, kitchen and sunroom was completed yesterday and we just wanted to say how delighted we are with the way it looks. It's transformed the whole area and our only regret is that we put up with the old floor for so long.

Your technical expertise in guiding us through what was unknown territory for us was invaluable and encouraged us to go ahead with the project. Without it we probably would have dithered forever.

Finally, thank you for recommending David Griffiths to us. He's made an excellent job of laying the floor and has paid great attention to detail.

What a real pleasure to at last talk to somebody who knows their job and what they are selling. Angus and the team at the Heritage Stone Company made our purchase an enjoyable experience; this, coupled with the expert advice, ensured that we had not only a beautiful stone floor but one that met all of our requirements, including underfloor heating and the demands of an active young family. I am really pleased with what we purchased and the choice on offer in the stunning showroom is most inspiring - I never realized that stone tiles came from so many countries around the world.
