I would very much like to commend the work of Taybar Security Management Services. They have provided this service to Holy Trinity Catholic Primary School in excess of 3 years and we have never experienced any difficulties, wither in terms of operational work, communication or reporting. There is a very fast response to any issues that arise, a recent example of this was that, within a few minutes of arriving at school one evening to answer a police call about theft, and then telephoning Amin at Taybar, I had been able to arrange additional patrols and cover for our campus. Response times are excellent. Reports are accompanied by photographs if there is anything amiss and the attitude and courtesy of everyone who deals with clients on the telephone is exemplary. I always recommend their services to other Heads as I would feel very secure in reassuring them they would receive an outstanding service.
After many years of only providing in-house security, in 2010 the Company decided to engage an alternative security service. Following extensive interviews Taybar were our preferred choice. The transition was handled professionally and seamlessly and since their appointment we have found their service, in all matters, to be of the highest quality.
