Uninspired by high street jewellers i decided for my silver wedding anniversary to get a pair of rings made. At Snooty Fox i was met by David and between us we agreed a design and an interim meeting to finalise details and, in this case, engrave a special message.

The rings are terrific, just what I wanted, the service was great; honest and bang on-time, and believe it or believe it not, the price was far lower than the high street. I wandered into the Snooty Fox over 6 years ago now with a half-baked idea of transforming mine and my ex-husband's wedding rings, and my engagement ring into something positive. As each of my children had reached their 21st birthday, Dave has used these raw materials to create a unique piece of jewellery for each of them which they now cherish. Dave has made the rings for our wedding and the whole process has been a real pleasure. He helped us choose our bespoke designs, giving us expert advice throughout and was even willing to change the design during the process.

He gave us an estimate up front then charged us less once he knew the true cost and even popped a bottle of champagne in with the rings and cleaned my partners engagement ring free of charge. Outstanding customer service and satisfaction!

About 18 months ago I had my engagement ring re-sized by a well-known high street jeweller. When I collected my ring it was nearly unrecognisable. I was so disappointed but they would do nothing. A friend of mine recommended Snooty Fox so I took all my rings along to them. All my rings were re-sized, one was repaired and the engagement ring was put back to how it should have been in the first place. I collected my rings today just in time for my 22nd anniversary tomorrow. All the rings are gleaming, they fit beautifully and all the work came in much less than anticipated so I was able to treat my self to a gorgeous pair of earrings too. For creative design, high quality workmanship, good old fashioned service and value for money use Snooty Fox. David has made an orange garnet and gold dress ring for me; partly from my design but thanks to his artistic flair I now have a stunning piece of jewellery which I could not have afforded had I had to use a London jeweller.

My husband and I wanted handmade wedding rings beautifully crafted but with gold from a guaranteed ethical source. Several professional jewellers we consulted all directed us to Snooty Fox. Whilst Dave could not guarantee fair trade gold he assured us that his sources were as ethical as we could wish. In addition he was very straightforward in advising us on the lower cost carat for the rose gold we chose as our best option and was very reasonable in his final costing. David Thomas of Snooty Fox was commissioned by the Central Air Traffic Control School to create a commemorative piece of Silver for the Officers Mess, celebrating 60 years of Air Traffic Training at RAF Shawbury. David designed and crafted a magnificant piece of silverwear that will grace the Mess dining tables for decades to come. Top class engraving by Dave. Beautiful, accurate and perfect for an enamelling project I had for a commission. The work was completed within a couple of days of the predicted time span discussed initially. Thank you, Dave, I am really pleased and hope to be returning for more in future.

Me and my now wife got married on the 20th of june this year, and after countless trips around high street stores full of over priced and not very well made rings we stumbled across Dave after having him recomended to us by friends who had also used him. From the moment you meet Dave he is a very relaxed and inviting character who despite having a shed load of work to get through and deadlines to meet for other weddings he seemed to have all the time in the world to help us out. I had decided to have a ring 2 weeks before the big day and dave pulled out all the stops to to get it delivered in time from belgium despite them sending the wrong size the week before.

My wife had a hand made palladium ring which dave stretched and inset rubies in it all by hand. When we picked up the rings, elaine's was way and above what we had expected it looked amazing!!! And having something individual made it even more special. We could not recomend dave and his work enough, very reasonable and a mile above high street jewellery stores. We went to Snooty Fox to have a wedding ring made.
The engagement ring was a little unusual and we wanted a wedding ring to match it. Dave made us a ring which is simple and beautiful at the same time.
We then left the engagement ring with Dave for a few hours and he cleaned and polished it so that it was as lovely as the wedding ring on the day. This was not an easy job as I have horses and the ring had become quite grubby inside!
All this was done for a very reasonable price.
Dave was careful to ensure that we were completely happy with his work and we had the impression that nothing would have been impossible.
