Together Vikki and her team offer the easiest solution I have experienced to keeping, fit, healthy and happy. Walk into Rural Space and you feel immediately relaxed, a beautiful wooden building with huge windows and high ceilings provide the perfect environment for the wide range of classes and facilities the club has to offer. Vikki and her team are extremely professional and friendly, they hosted me the most fantastic hen do - a mixture of fun and relaxation for all my favourite friends followed by a make-up lesson using their revolutionary Lily Lola mineral makeup (of which I then purchased and wore for the wedding - with help from Charlotte who showed me how to best apply it). Then to top it off we all had our hair styled, we all looked gorgeous!! I can't thank them all enough for all their pre-wedding fitness support / hen do organising and friendliness! I 100% recommend Rural Space if you want to keep fit the fun way and see real results too.

A few months ago I was in agony with a fragmented disc. Although I couldn't move much at first, after being shown specific target excercises bit by bit I gradually started to improve. I am now free of pain and moving about normally - coming to Rural Space has really paid off!

Have attended regularly for 1 year. Benefits both to mobility and back/shoulder pain. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of individual attention. As a pensioner I would recommend Rural Space to all older people. It's never too late!

Rural Space is by far the best gym I have ever been to, with great results within a matter of weeks. The team is great and the classes have really helped with a recurring back problem. With 30 minute classes you don't feel like your life is being taken over by exercise either!! Vikki has also been able to provide me with much needed hypnotherapy for sleep walking - which was getting to a desperate stage!! Thank you to Vikki, Barry and Zoe for such their support, guidance and help to get me fit.
