Oswestry Martial Arts Centre provides a GREAT training environment for my Freefighters class. After years of running classes in leisure centres, village halls etc we finally have a proper training facility with everything on hand we need. It's great to have the puchbags, fitness equipment and mats that don't move! Brilliant and long overdue in Shropshire.
