Kelly Phelan is a 31-year old Chiropodist in Shrewsbury who trained as a Chiropodist / Podiatrist at Matthew Boulton College in Birmingham. She has a clinic on Coton Hill (opp. The Woodman Inn) and also provides a mobile chiropody service.
Kelly qualified as a Chiropodist in 2001 and since then she has worked for NHS clinics in Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Telford. She has also worked in Swansea for a podiatry agency.
