A big thank you to HCS Computers for coming to my assistance again with their normal friendly manner. But an extra special big thanks to James for his technical support and help. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he is polite and a real sweetheart. This morning I experienced my first video webcam with my daughter and 6 month granddaughter in Australia. It was wonderful, thank you James for helping to make that possible, and for saving my treasured data yet again and transfering it to a new computer. May the success of HCS Computers long continue as people like me need people like them.
