Girls Alive Fitness is a brand new health club in Shrewsbury based at Serenity on Castle Street. The wonderful location nestles at the gateway to Shrewsbury Castle, offering superb Technogym equipment and a revolutionary 30-minute workout for ladies only. (The other two floors at Serenity, The Sanctuary and Cafe Retreat are for men and women.)
The friendly team is headed up by Carmen and Laura. Their goal with Girls Alive Fitness is to ensure ladies enjoy their workout in a fun and non intimidating environment. The Technogym equipment is easy to use for metabolic circuit training and perfect for ladies of all ages and fitness levels.
