Why did I join the Forever Living group in Shrewsbury? It was quite a pragmatic reason: I was made redundant from my job as the art exhibitions organiser at the Gateway Education and Arts Centre and needed a source of income. I felt my health was just fine, thank you :) So I came onboard and tried the products - as an independent distributor for Forever Living, it was expected of me....
The first difference I noticed was that my hair grew faster and was more luxuriant. A nice bonus, although I wasn’t particularly unhappy with my hair!
After some time, and I can’t remember how long exactly, I began to find that my feet no longer hurt. I hadn’t expected that. Over the years, my feet had become tender and achy and it got to the point where I could only wear high heels for very short periods of time. Sometimes even the ugly shoes bothered me.
Gradually, I realized my feet hadn’t bothered for some time and I was able to wear high heels again. But it happened over time, so I’m not sure how long it took. That was fabulous, as I love shoes!
To sum up, my health is better now than it was when I joined. I feel better in myself, more optimistic about life in general. I was always a gregarious person, but now I have reason to be more so. I feel like an enhanced version of myself.
I find people fascinating, and I like to hear about what is going on with them. Luckily, in my position as an independent Forever Living Products distributor in Shrewsbury, that is all part and parcel of the job!

I was very sceptical initially starting the detox but as I was feeling sluggish, bloated and generally unhealthy I thought I would give it a go! My weight the day before starting the detox was 10st 2lbs, Much heavier than I'd like to be at 5ft 2inches tall! I have now maintained a weight of 9st 4lbs and I feel much happier and healthier. My fitness has improved as I now have more energy for the things I enjoy - running, netball and the gym. I suffer from IBS and my stomach and general digestion have been much better since doing the detox. The detox has also taught me what food is healthier and how many calories are in certain foods, I am now eating a much healthier and more balanced diet. The detox was not hard to stick to, I did find I was a little tired during it and the Aloe Vera doesn't taste great ... However, I now feel brilliant and would recommend it to anyone!! I have continued on with the Aloe gel and have also tried some of the beauty products which are also very good. Lots of people have commented on my skin and that I am looking slimmer!
