Overall, I was delighted by the compete service that Cooper and Williams provided. All my dealings with the team were clear, easy, and transparent. A competitive quote was provided for the work, with an emphasis on recycling as many of our original roof tiles as possible, to retrain the original character of the house and ensure the reduction of unnecessary waste. All current environmental standards were also adhered to which brought our 90-year-old property up to current building regulations requirements.
I was nervous about the potential disruption of this work but these fears never materialised.
As the team at Cooper & William Ltd, made sure that as the customer, all my needs were accommodated and queries successfully resolved, in a highly professional and good-humored manner.
The scheduled work took 5 weeks to complete and I was extremely impressed with the organised, tidy, and efficient methods of work that were consistently employed whilst the team were on site.
Particularly as our residence is not a straightforward site, due to shared access and a very narrow driveway. Also due to COVID-19 restrictions, full health and safety protocols were agreed and adhered to, and I never once felt uncomfortable with having team members on-site. All questions and potential problems were quickly and practically dealt with, the schedule of work was adhered to and the standard of the finished job was exemplary.
I would not hesitate to recommend Cooper & Williams Ltd as a highly skilled, reliable, and efficient roofing contractor.
