A friend in need is often a pain in the butt - not in Graham's case! He came to my rescue quickly and fixed the problem with equal speed. The unexpected bonus was to have the offer of a 'Peel to Save' card. I paid £10 of which £5 went to Severn hospice and literally that very day enjoyed over £55 of discounts - thanks, Graham!

We couldn't log onto our Accounts laptop, totally stopping our admin for the day (but in a bad way!). As a matter of urgency we contacted Graham and he was round within the hour. The best case of speedy service ever! He quickly diagnosed the problem - and it was something I couldn't have spotted or solved in a million years. Half an hour later and the laptop was up and running at full efficiency. All this technical knowledge plus reliability and friendliness. 10/10.

I somehow lost all my photo folders on my computer. Graham offers a service I can highly recommend; not only does he clearly know computers inside-out, he is extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I should have gone to him in the first place rather than trusting my PC to a friend of a friend who claimed to "know a bit about computers".... Save yourself the hassle and get Graham in!
