What a find! This is a very affordable, upmarket but relaxed and friendly business. They put their clients' needs first and deliver in a caring, yet very professional manner.

I have been back 3 days in a row for massages and have recommended The Sanctuary to three other friends!

Great place to relax and eat or just enjoy a quiet coffee. The service and atmosphere are perfect, especially if you are feeling frazzled or "shopped out". Lots of comfy seats, and nice books to browse if you feel like it. No hassle, no music, no worries. Just peace of mind.

My favourite cafe in Shrewsbury! Wonderful atmosphere, lots of great seating and of course lovely drinks and bites. If you haven't been into this building, you must - feel the history as you walk up the stone steps then dive into the homemade cakes! (There is lift access too, I should point out.)

It is unique - set apart from any other. You will always find something in the wellness store to suit, whether a small add-on gift or a main present. A personal service like no other and it's a pleasure to spend in this delightful shop.

As someone who found the idea of joining a gym a bit daunting, the relaxed and caring attitude of the staff at women in mind creates a perfect atmosphere and one that I would be happy to recommend.

everyone at the gym is so supportive and friendly - they really keep you going when it gets tough! praise and encouragement are always forthcoming. lovely environment, good equipment. therapy suite is very relaxing and the cafe is good too - they make lovely latte. every part of women in mind is good.

A wonderful sanctuary in the middle of Shrewsbury. Everyone needs to get away once in a while! WIM is perfect for ladies looking to treat themselves of for meeting up with friends in the top floor cafe (lift access available). A true gem.

This is the best gym experience any woman can get! Every piece of equipment in the circuit training is beneficial and the ladies who work at Women in Mind are lovely - always very welcoming and happy to help. You only spend 30 seconds at a time on each piece of equipment so there's no chance to 'flag' too much on any one of them. It's a brilliant set up and all the women who go are really nice. This is definitely a good place to be (not to mention the delicious meals you can get in the restaurant!)

Family friendly, not many places in Shrewsbury to take and welcome Children and be so accommodating. Wonderful, relaxed atmosphere and fantastic food. Best Cafe in Shrewsbury by far.

Best range of gluten free food in Shrewsbury. Gluten free pasta bake and quiche plus lovely cakes. Chocolate Brownie (GF) is delicious

Very vegan friendly with a friendly warm welcome! Carmen and the rest of the team have certainly created a retreat!

Since starting to walk my dog into work I have found that my poor feet have been suffering - however - a quick trip to see Carmen at Women in Mind soon sorted me out ! I purchased a pair of MBTʼs under Carmenʼs supervision and they are amazing and a dream to walk in and I actually feel like they are doing me some good!

We spent a pleasant, undisturbed hour or two in this unique
coffee shop, and were able to discuss a difficult family matter
in very peaceful surroundings, with a fine view over the
historic rooves of Shrewsbury to the outlying countryside,
sampling the "delicacies of the house". A general feeling
of "well-being" certainly came over us that afternoon!

A real retreat for those who want to pamper themselves, this family run business is very well run and the staff are very friendly. Spread over 3 floors, the ground floor sells stylish sportswear and trainers, middle floor has a selection of treatment rooms and beauty clinic, and the top floor has an excellent coffee shop. The business is housed in beautiful building, and there are exceptional views of Shrewsbury from the coffee shop.
