I've only been a member for 3 months and already I have lost over a stone I can hardly believe how well it has worked. What’s more of a bonus is the fact I have hardly noticed the work I have had to put in as the combination of the enjoyable fitness programme the staff have made for me and the two giant screens showing the latest sports action makes a session at the gym a highlight of my day.

I have to admit before I started at Bodytech I was terrified. I had never stepped foot in a gym before and thought I would be a laughing stock, but from the second I walked in to the club the staff made me feel at home and the other members were so friendly, in no time all my nerves were gone. In fact I loved it so much I got my husband and son to join.

I know it's the gym and fitness classes I should be going to but it's the Bodytech coffee shop that I love! always a friendly service, great-tasting coffee and a nice selection of homemade cakes (which is why I should get to the gym...)

Great value for money. Very large range of equipment. Very relaxed atmosphere. Lots of free personal training for those who need it. I got lots of help training for my marathon and it made all the difference.

Nice club, very central. Secure lock up for bicycles. Fees are reasonable, coffee in sprinters half price for members!
