I've dealt with some companies that are supposed to be struggling yet it soon becomes clear that they don't actually provide a reliable or courteous service; Bob the Blindman seems to be doing really well and that's probbaly because his company handles everything so efficiently :) Fantastic prices and - at the end of the day - quality blinds.
