Recently moved to the area and used Abbey Vets for the first time yesterday. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, very friendly and helpful, from Jo on reception to our vet Zoe. She talked me through the examination and explained the various medication options, letting me know the cost of each one so I could budget accordingly. Excellent service.

We have been using Abbey Vets for many years now. We have always found them to be very kind, considerate and compassionate towards our pets and ourselves. We wouldn’t go anywhere else, we have tried elsewhere in the past since Abbey Vets are not the closest to us but we always come back as the service is so welcoming the moment you step through the doors. They have a genuine thoughtfulness towards our pets and keep us in the know of all that is happening and of costs.

Unfortunately we had an emergency situation with our sweet 2 year old Hamster today and rushed down to Abbey Vets. Sadly, it was too late and our beautiful girl passed shortly upon arrival. Just wanted to give thanks to the wonderful staff at this Centre, the primary veterinarian here treated us and our girl with the utmost care and respect during our short visit - Even rushed out during our ordeal in the waiting room! Would recommend if you’re looking for an attentive and kind Centre who have both you and your furry friends best interests at heart. Thank you

We have been using Abbey Vets for sometime now for our four cats, together with a number of stray cats we have assisted. We cannot fault the service and care shown to all of the cats we have taken to them for help, all of which have been shown a great amount of care and respect. The professionalism is second to none and the genuine care and attention shown is heartwarming. Abbey Vets genuinely do care for your furry friends and understand exactly what they mean to people like us, knowing that the cats and other animals are more than just pets, they are a part of your family.

Had a very good 3 weeks of puppy training/club. Very well organised and met some lovely puppy owners and their pups. Teddy enjoyed it too. Highly recommend the practise.

I genuinely wouldn't trust any other veterinary practice, other than Abbey Vets. The team are absolutely brilliant, so knowledgeable, kind and very good with our pets. My dog is scared of vets, so they have offered him special visits where he will see them just for fuss and treats, to build his trust. The service and care offered is second to none.

Earlier today my wife spoke to Laura about our concerns regarding a cat we have just taken ownership off that isn’t chipped and doesn’t like being held or touched.
This is the first cat we’ve ever owned that originally belonged to our neighbour and our first really positive communication with a veterinary practice.
The point of this message is to thank Laura for being so friendly, patient and listened to her concerns. It’s the first time we experienced a practice that seemed more interested in the issue than only to make money. Laura is a credit to the practice and has won us over should we need your services.

Absolutely brilliant service, vets, nurses, being able to contact them, and availability of appointments. Nothing seems too much trouble, they are always welcoming and friendly and my cat has had brilliant treatment.

A lovely professional practice, big thanks to Sarah for her care and compassion during our very difficult time. Unfortunately, things didn't go our way and we lost our beloved pooch who was very poorly but she handled everything with dignity and kindness.
