Shropshire Mixed Martial Arts fighter wins again

Morgan Nunns, head coach of Oswestry Freefighters, racked up another win on Saturday July 20th's MMA evening, 'Judgement Night'. Held at The Four Seasons Club in Swansea, Morgan was facing tough local favourite Danny Roberts - the headlining bout - and he won via Rear Naked Choke in Round 2.

The fight was pro rules MMA at Featherweight and comes just two months after Morgan's last competition, which he won after 35 seconds, also via Rear Naked Choke. With a strong background at both amateur and semi pro level, Morgan's professional record now stands at 3 wins and 1 loss.

This MMA club for Shrewsbury and Oswestry holds training sessions at 7pm every Sunday and Wednesday at The Venue at Park Hall. Oswestry Freefighters welcomes adults of all abilities, whether they are looking to compete, learn practical self defence or simply improve their fitness.
