Are you cycling to work tomorrow?

Multi gold medal winning Paralympic cyclist, Dame Sarah Storey, is championing National Cycle to Work day and invites everyone to don their cycle helmets, get their bikes out of the shed and cycle to work.

With over 760,000 regular cycle commuters, this national day is a chance to add to the number of cyclists on the road to encourage the sport and to help the environment.

Last year's event saw 20,000 commuters ride their bike and the hope is, that this year they want this number to double.
