The gym is designed to be user friendly and not intimidating.Friendly and helpful staff are always available to advise. They tailor individual programmes to suit age ability and fitness levels. Recent innovations include a slimming club which is very supportive and gives advice on nutrition and diet, and a beauty therapist, Sarah who is really lovely.
