About the Trussell Trust
Established in 1997, The Trussell Trust is a Christian charitable organisation helping people in need in the UK and abroad (mainly Bulgaria).
With many people struggling to provide food for their families, there is most definitely a place for The Trussell Trust.

What We Do
The Trussell Trust works with communities to find "forgotten" people via the following means:
Foodbanks
Since 2004, The Trussel Trust has helped churches launch 50 foodbanks nationwide.
The Salisbury Foodbank helps feed those in need in the Wiltshire area.
A foodbank comprises boxes of nutritionally balanced food and support to people who are experiencing financial or emotional crisis.

Working Abroad
Can you imagine living in a world where young people are forced into a world of prostitution because of a lack of options?
As well as operating in the UK, The Trussell Trust also works in Bulgaria, providing essential support to those most in need.
Projects range from running residential training centres for post-state care leavers, to giving Christmas Boxes and introducing sustainable ventures to Roma communities.
