PA 4A Day started business in April 2009 and now some 10 months later is the proud winner of a second business award. Having won the Amesbury round of the Wiltshire New Business Award in 2009, Janet Shapland and Michele Way, Co-Directors, were determined to prove their position in the local business community.
As members of the Salisbury & District Chamber of Commerce and Industry, they were encouraged to participate in the Business Excellence Awards which are held on an annual basis to celebrate the rich diversity and success of local enterprises.
The results of the awards were announced during a prestigious black tie dinner for 200 guests held at Salisbury Arts Centre. Bill Browne, Publisher of the Salisbury Journal, described the winner of the Innovation category as “A truly brilliant entry and a really innovative business idea“ and then to the delight of Janet and Michele called PA 4A Day forward to be presented with a glass plaque, certificate and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate!
