A Charitable Organisation and Tesco’s Charity of the year 2007, The British Red Cross Manchester is part of a global voluntary network, responding to conflicts, natural disasters and individual emergencies.
With the help of donations, The British Red Cross is teaming up with Tesco to helping vulnerable people in Manchester, and across the UK to cope with,emergencies. From minor accident or illness to a life-threatening emergency, such as a house fire. Helping to ensure people receive the care and resources they need. When the crisis is over we are there to help them recover and move on in their lives.
Why The British Red Cross Charity needs you to donate:
Emergency response – Provide assist to major incidents, transport accidents, evacuations, fires and floods.
Promote independent living- Help those living at home with health problems, lead to independent lives.
World’s largest first aid training provider - Train over 150,000 first aiders each year in the UK to cope with incidents in the home and the workplace. Promote proactive practice- making your lives, living and work space safe.
