The Hula Hoop; Friend or Foe?

Hi everyone, Vicky here blogging about Ladies Workout Express, Swinton

This week I have been very good and and been to Zumba at Bramwood School, Monton and the gym - I am trying really hard to perfect the hula hoop but it doesn't seem to be happening for me yet so fingers crossed and I'll keep you posted. Any tips on how to do this would be greatfully received! Some people can do the hula hoop kneeling down?!? I get very jealous of the lovely ladies who just seem to be relaxing and gently hula hooping but did you know... Hula Hooping strengthens the waist, hips and knees and also burns the unwanted fat in the midriff and tightens the stomach - cool hey? That's to say, if you can actually do it!! Let me know your thoughts on the Hula Hoop.

It's also national Sister's Day today so make sure you send all your sisters, mums and girlfriends your love and maybe even have a hula hooping competition! :o)

So, Legs Bums & Tums tomorrow at the gym at 7pm - book to avoid disappointment and go along for an inspection or even a taster session.
