We are a small charity that operates a Care Home. We have 10 windows based PCs and laptops that are networked by LAN and WiFi. We are extremely grateful for the excellent service ResolveIT provide.For over a year they have been maintaining, repairing and updating our systems including networking with the printers. Due to various factors, ResolveIT have had to load completely new software onto almost all our computers. This has resulted in them performing better and faster, all the work has been done very quickly with excellent response times, minimal disruption and help via email, helpdesk, remote assistance and phone. Everything we have needed has been done. ResolveIT were responsible for the installation of our new computer system dealing with the many demands of a busy legal office, which relies heavily on Internet access and CD rom products.
