I would highly recommend this shop for the choice of dresses but most of all the Excellent Customer Service & Experience! I bought my Sottero & Midgley dress from Mix n Match, I have seen lots of Maggie Sottero's dresses and was so pleased that they had such a big selection of her dresses. Jude was amazing she made me feel so special as did the other ladies, the service was fantastic and at no time did I feel rushed. This was the only bridal shop I went to and didn't need to go elsewhere after trying on my 3rd dress I found the ONE! :-) Thank you so much for making this experience feel so special. I can't wait to try MY dress on again at the fitting see you then. xxx

If you are looking for the perfect wedding dress with 1st class friendly honest service (she will not let you look anything but your best), well Rebecca Jaynes within Mix 'N' Match is the place to go. I was dreading trying to pick my dress, but with Rebecca's fantastic help she managed to pick THE DRESS on my first visit. The girl just knows, what more can i say, she's a star and has made my wedding dress experience so exciting...Thanks Bec!!! Trust me try there first, you will not be disappointed.

I cannot highly recommend Rebecca and the staff at Mix and Match for their highly personal service. I am a mature bride who was extremely nervous about looking for a bridal gown. The staff made me feel relaxed and special. I quickly found a gown and all the accessories. How fab do I feel. Thank you so much you are all fantastic!

I used the services earlier in the year of Mix & Match in Rugeley. They made me personally feel very very special. They treat you as if you were the only person that counted to them. I completely trusted them and their opinion, I know that they wouldn’t have let me wear something that didn't suit me. I had been to four other shops and Mix & Match were by far the best, they were heads and shoulders above anywhere else that I have been, and have probably ever encountered in a service industry. I have contacted them many times since and their service is still second to none, I have never known anything like it, Rebecca is absolutely fantastic. I would suggest that anyone looking for these services, goes to Mix & Match, there is no point in going anywhere else!

Having visited several wedding shops in Staffordshire, I can honestly say that the reception that I received from Rebecca and her mom at Mix & Match in Rugeley was second to none. I was given wonderful advice about dresses and also accessories. No assumptions were made about anything at all. Being an older bride, some of the other shops I visited, made me feel a little uncomfortable, but the charismatic way in which Mix & Match treated my made made the whole experience fantastic for me. They made me feel special and comfortable. I was able to get everything I needed including all my accessories from their shop and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone at all that would be looking for this type of business.

The service at Mix & Match is outstanding. Extremely helpful and friendly staff who helped me with every aspect of my dress, my bridesmaids and even my Moms outfit, from the dresses, to the shoes that were dyed to the same colour, the tiaras and the jewellery. I was chuffed to bits with how we all looked and was made to feel really special by Rebecca and her team.
My Mom is really petite and we were having trouble finding an outfit that didn't swamp her, but Mix & Match found the perfect outfit and had it all taken in so it fitted like a dream and made my Mom look absolutely fantastic.
I would recommend Mix & Match to anyone and quite regularly do :-D
